Registration

In every August TABERNACLE SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY receives new student, it is hoped that every candidate apply his / her own form, it could be by mail, or by direct registering procedure. The late period for the registration form will be July 15th.

New student requirements :
  1. Having his / her own call for Christian life services.
  2. Having serving experience in the local church.
  3. Age of minimum in 18.
  4. SMU certificate, or equal.
  5. Recommendation letter from church’s pastor
  6. Birth Certificate Copy
  7. The Copy of Identity Card
  8. Financial Supporter Letter
  9. SKKB ( Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik )
  10. The Indonesian Citizen Letter of Notice
  11. Curriculum Vitae
  12. Photo in 6×6 ( 1 ); 4×6 ( 6 ); 3×4 ( 6 ).
  13. Filling out Health Care Letter of Notice provided by TABERNACLE SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY from Doctor / General Hospital.
